Our Warranty
To all httpjet customers: The httpjet product warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the product. If your product malfunctions due to a defect, we will provide repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on our analysis of the product issue.

Defects are uncommon and are usually discovered during the first few uses of the product. If a problem arises, you will notice it quickly.

httpjet home decorations are durable, but not indestructible. Unfortunately, nothing lasts forever.

Most customers update their wall art, dreamcatchers and artificial flowers every few years. Unless the aforementioned defects occur, your httpjet products can stay in good condition throughout regular use.

Remember, take good care of your decorative items to keep them beautiful longer.

The httpjet warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, abuse, neglect, or accidents. "Normal wear and tear" includes slight fading, surface scratches and aging marks generated during daily use. These are not quality issues.

This warranty does not cover consequential losses or damages. httpjet products are designed for indoor decoration, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items placed around the products. This warranty is limited to the httpjet product itself.

This warranty excludes implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
